Day 2: Hang village – Kho Muong village (B, L, D)

We recommend getting up early to observe, or even take part in village activities because daily life here starts early. Take this opportunity to walk around the village before breakfast is served by our hosts.  At 8am we start out trek. The first section is hard with some steep climbs and stream crossings, the next part is really glorious with beautiful views of the valley, rice terraces and the rich rainforest.
We picnic lunch on the way at Eo Ken village and arrive in Kho Muong village in the afternoon. Kho Muong is incredibly beautiful and no doubt you will want to explore the village and the surrounding area and take in the sights and sounds of rural life. We will stay in an eco-homestay, which has been set up by FFI (Flora and Fauna International) in conjunction with local villagers.
